We at b. B. Group of companies, rajkot are involved in the field of manufacturing and serving engineering industry since 1986.



We have started our first unit in the name of b. B. Engineering, wherein we are manufacturing the dies for investment casting, and plastic moulding. In the year 1998 we had started our foundry in the name of b. B. Cast for non ferrous casting such as brass, gun metal, aluminium and its alloys. As per the requirement of the industry we have adopted iso 9001 certification. At present we are doing casting weighing from few grams to 70 kg. Single piece casting. In the year 2002 we had started b. B. Industries wherein we have installed 3 vmc for die/tool development as well as for the machining purpose. We have developed all kind of investment casting die, forging die, plastic moulding die, gravity die casting etc. As per requirements.



To penetrate further in the engineering industry and benefit from our expertise we have started the manufacture of precision investment castings through lost wax method as per customer's drawings and specifications. We have in-house designing, manufacturing & testing facility to make the finest investment castings by lost wax process of world-class quality, consistency, specific requirements and timely delivery. Well-qualified and experienced professionals to design dies/tools, to ensure robust but economic die/tool designing with absolute precision in detail.



We have installed induction furnace with 150 kg. Crucible and 100 kg. Crucible. We have installed capacity of 20 m. T. Of casting per month. We have well equipped machinery and trained staff to supply the quality casting in due time. We have installed the spectrometer for the chemical analysis.



We have full facility to supply the components in finished condition. We have highly qualified technical staff from die/pattern development till final inspection of the components.
